Before I go Home...: Who Would Have Thought?

Welcome Readers!

"Hello" to all my regular readers and those who are here for the first time!
I hope that this blog enlightens and encourages those who read it but I also hope that it will wake up those who have been asleep to the clock that is ticking within our beautiful nation and within the body of Christ. It is my goal to glorify our Lord and share the Truth with anyone who will listen!
I pray that the Lord will give you strength and courage each day to do His will and to glorify Him. It seems to be getting harder and harder these days to keep our heads above water, but He does promise us that He will not allow the waters to overtake us! Praise Him for that promise!

I have never thought of myself as an artist, or even a creative person for that matter, but it turns out that the Lord did bless me with this gift. It has just taken many years to come to the surface!

I started dabbling in acrylics a few years ago and since then have found that I really enjoy the hobby. I have managed to produce a few paintings that my friends and family believe to be pretty good. Who would have thought?

Below are a few paintings that I would love to sell so that others might enjoy them. Right now they are all hanging on my bedroom wall and I am running out of space! Each painting is an original acrylic and was either inspired from a photo or just a vision in my head.

Prayer of Assurance

Jesus, God, Creator of all, I come before you with a heart that is ready to accept you as my Lord and Savior. I realize that I am a sinner, that I can't be good enough on my own to be with you forever, but that through the gift of Your Son, Jesus, who died on the cross for me, I can have a personal relationship with you and have eternal life in heaven. Lord Jesus, forgive me for my sins, come into my life and guide me. Give me strength to face the coming trials and the courage to share your Truth with others. I pray these things in Jesus name. Amen
